After studying and becoming a Pastry Chef, I decided to specialise in chocolate (no surprise there!). This is when I discovered REAL Belgian chocolate.
Belgian chocolate - Milk, white, dark, caramel, Ruby, I love it all. So after lots of playing around with the many things I could do with chocolate it was only a matter of time before I tried it in hot milk and voila, Spoonz was born! No more commercially made sweet powders for me, just the good stuff. And wow, licking that melting chocolate straight from the spoon, this is the stuff that dreams are made of.
